Meet Keith

​

A vibrant and accomplished Nashville native. With three married children, four grandchildren, a loyal German Shorthaired Pointer, and two playful Bengal cats, Keith’s life is a tapestry of family and furry companionship. Keith’s love for the outdoors is evident in her hobbies – she is an avid hiker and biker, finding solace and joy in the beauty of nature. As an active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, she values community and connection. In her earlier years, Keith was a marathon runner, with Boston and Big Sur being her favorite races. Her determination and discipline as a former marathoner have undoubtedly influenced her success in running a highly successful handyman business for the past five years.

 

The inspiration for Firefly Forts came unexpectedly but serendipitously. While contemplating a change in direction, a client shared an article from Southern Living magazine featuring FireFly Forts. Intrigued, Keith took on the challenge when the same client asked if her skilled workmen could replicate a fort from the article. After reading about FireFly Forts that evening, Keith realized that this venture resonated with her on a profound level. Building custom tree forts and playhouses aligned perfectly with her passion for craftsmanship and creating magical spaces for families. With her wealth of experience, enthusiasm, and Nashville connections, Keith is excited to bring joy and imagination to families all over Nashville through the enchanting world of Firefly Forts.
